You can return only unused items in a re-saleable condition (unworn, with the tags attached, in the original packaging) for exchange or refund within 30 days. Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size at no extra P&P charge.

How long will it take for us to process your refund?

Refunds are processed once we receive the returned goods, in their original condition, within 30 days.

I have an allergy, what materials does your jewellery contain?
All of our products are expertly crafted using high quality grade 316 Stainless Steel. Consequently, none of our delicate, strong statement pieces will tarnish & discolor if you wear them in water.
